Pricing, staffing, seating, catering, and safety limits are all built around your final headcount. Please provide an accurate number — no exceptions. Our estate sleeps up to 26 overnight; larger day-of attendance is quoted separately.
All vendors must come from our preferred list. Non-preferred vendors require our written approval at least 60 days out and must meet insurance and site-access requirements. Listing them now avoids surprises later.
Weekend events require a three-night minimum with a 10:00 AM Sunday checkout. Sharing preferred and backup dates helps us confirm availability quickly.
